Maribel Aguilar

As a personal trainer and weight loss coach, I’m very passionate about helping people lose weight for good as well as teaching them about proper nutrition. In the past, I have struggled with my weight and I had no idea how to get rid of the excess fat my body didn’t need. I had trained with personal trainers; they were not able to help me achieve my goals. I was also not aware of how important of a role nutrition plays in fitness. I decided to take control of the situation by studying the body. I incorporate my knowledge in both nutrition and fitness to help my clients reach their goals.

 

I am continuously developing my skills and expanding my knowledge through different seminars, certifications, and self-education. I have been a certified personal trainer for 6 years. I love every aspect of the health and fitness industry, especially helping my clients get in fantastic shape for life! I prescribe exercises according to my client’s goals, body type, and fitness level. I always make sure that my clients are performing exercises using the proper form and within their physical limitations in order to prevent injury. I specialize in helping people to keep weight off for good by shifting the focus on proper nutrition. Most importantly, regular exercise for optimal health and longevity to improve overall health. I believe that proper nutrition and exercise are an essential combination for a healthy life. My mantra is to live healthy 80% of the time and indulge yourself 20% of the time. All I ask of my clients is consistency, dedication, and not to be afraid of the hard work required to achieve the body you desire.

Canfitpro Personal Trainer Certification: January 2015 – Present (Certified Yearly)

Canfitpro Health and Weight Loss Coach Certification: November 2020 – Present (Certified Yearly)

Canfitpro Fascia, Movement & Assessments Online Course Certificate: August 2019
